Can I return wine I no longer want?
If you’ve changed your mind, get in touch before returning bottles. We’ll confirm whether your order can be accepted.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Tell us promptly if your delivery arrives damaged or incorrect, and include your order number and photos if possible.
How should I package a return?
Please keep bottles in their original packaging and don’t send them back until we’ve agreed the return.
